If you are in the United States and experiencing suicidal thoughts or emotional distress, you may call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

By submitting Community Content, you grant TandemStride a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, transmit, reproduce, process, moderate, remove, and otherwise use your Community Content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, protect, and support the Services.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your Community Content and to grant the license above.

6. No Professional Advice
Community Content is created by users and may reflect personal experiences. Community Content is not medical, clinical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. TandemStride does not verify user-submitted Community Content for accuracy, completeness, or clinical appropriateness.
You are responsible for your own decisions and for seeking appropriate professional support when needed.
7. Reporting and Blocking
TandemStride may provide tools to report content or accounts that you believe violate this Policy. Reports are confidential to TandemStride and are not shown to the reported user as coming from you.
TandemStride may also provide tools that allow you to block another member. Blocking may prevent that member’s content from appearing in your feed or limit interactions with that member, depending on the functionality available in the Services.
TandemStride may review reports, take action, decline to take action, or request more information, in each case in its discretion.
8. Moderation and Enforcement
TandemStride reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to review, screen, monitor, moderate, restrict, remove, disable access to, or refuse to display any Community Content at any time and for any reason, including if TandemStride believes the content may violate this Policy, the Terms of Service, the End User License Agreement, applicable law, member safety expectations, or the intended purpose of the Services.
TandemStride may take action with or without prior notice, including:
Removing or restricting content.
Limiting, suspending, or terminating access to Communities or other Services.
Disabling account functionality.
Preserving content, account information, logs, or other records for safety, legal, security, compliance, or audit purposes.
Escalating safety-related content for clinical, operational, legal, or security review.
Cooperating with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, participating organizations, health plans, or care teams where TandemStride determines such cooperation is appropriate or legally required.
TandemStride may use human review, automated tools, third-party service providers, or a combination of these methods to support moderation and platform safety.
9. Clinical Safety Escalation
TandemStride may operate a clinically informed moderation and safety review process. If Community Content or activity suggests self-harm, suicidal ideation, acute distress, abuse, exploitation, threats of violence, or another safety concern, TandemStride may escalate the content or account information to appropriate TandemStride personnel, clinical staff, community health workers, care team members, emergency contacts, participating organizations, crisis resources, or emergency services, as TandemStride determines appropriate under the circumstances.
Participation in Communities means you understand that content you submit may be reviewed and escalated for safety purposes. TandemStride does not guarantee that it will identify, review, or escalate every safety-related issue.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
You may not use the Services to submit, post, share, upload, transmit, or make available content that infringes or misappropriates another person’s intellectual property rights.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, publish, display, or create derivative works from TandemStride content, software, trademarks, logos, branding, design elements, or other materials unless TandemStride expressly authorizes you to do so in writing.

13. Repeat Infringers
TandemStride may, in appropriate circumstances, disable, suspend, or terminate accounts of users who TandemStride determines are repeat infringers. TandemStride may also limit or terminate access for users who repeatedly violate this Policy, submit abusive reports, attempt to evade moderation, or create new accounts after suspension or termination.
14. Appeals and Review
TandemStride may provide a process to request review of certain moderation decisions. TandemStride is not required to provide an appeal for every action. If an appeal process is available, you must follow the instructions provided in the Services or in TandemStride’s notice to you.
TandemStride may uphold, modify, or reverse a moderation decision in its discretion.
15. Relationship to Other Terms
This Policy supplements TandemStride’s Terms of Service, End User License Agreement, Privacy Policy, and any applicable agreement between TandemStride and a participating organization. If this Policy conflicts with an applicable written agreement between TandemStride and a participating organization, the written agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.
